Credit card information is never stored by us, and your information is treated confidentially. The amount will be deducted from the cardholder's card when the order is processed.

You have a 14-day full right of return on all items purchased in our store. The right of withdrawal/satisfaction guarantee requires that you notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal no later than 14 days after receipt of the item.

(NOTE: For personalized products, i.e. products where we have customized with text or images for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply).
For the right of withdrawal/satisfaction guarantee to apply, the product must be in the condition you received it. That is, unused and not broken or damaged. Any return shipping must be paid by you. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged for return transport.
Warranty and complaints
You have a 2-year right of complaint after you have received the product. The packaging must be kept for any claim to the post office for transport damage. The defect must exist when you receive the product, and it is your responsibility to prove the defect if required (e.g. with a picture). If the product has defects or is missing, you can demand correction of the defect, receive a new equivalent product or cancel the purchase.
Unclaimed packages
Goods that are returned to us because a customer has not received or collected the goods will be charged a fee of NOK 300. This is to cover the double shipping cost (round trip) as well as for the production and packaging of goods.
Risks during transportation
Plakatbar.no is responsible for the transport risk from our warehouse to you. You are responsible for the risk of any return to us.

All information provided to Plakatbar.no is treated confidentially, and we do not pass on personal information to a third party. In accordance with the Norwegian Data Protection Act, you have the right to be provided with the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed.
