Lunch on Top of a Skyscraper is a black-and-white photograph taken on September 20, 1932, of eleven ironworkers sitting on a steel beam 850 feet (260 m) above the ground on the sixty-ninth floor of the RCA Building in Manhattan, New York City.

It was staged as a publicity stunt, part of a campaign to promote the skyscraper.

The photograph was first published in October 1932 during the construction of Rockefeller Center. It was later acquired by Corbis Images in 1995. The image is often misattributed to Lewis Hine; the identity of the photographer remains unknown. Evidence emerged indicating that it may have been taken by Charles C. Ebbets, but it was later found that other photographers had also been present at the photoshoot.

Many claims have been made regarding the identities of the men in the photo, although only a few have been definitively identified. Ken Johnston, head of historical collections at Corbis, referred to the photo as "a piece of American history".
